Erik Hernandez, a 16-year old who is a recipient of the Make-a-Wish Foundation’s program in San Diego, is using his wish to “Feed the Children in Africa”. Through Erik’s Harvest, Erik’s wish will result in urban gardens and fish farms, all to be created through Project Concern International (PCI)'s programs in Africa.
